Jockey

Brand-led storytelling, built with AI

A series of AI-led films across kidswear, women's activewear and men's athleisure, exploring how Jockey's core promise of comfort could translate into modern, digital-first storytelling.

Role — Creative Strategist / Director / Writer
Kidswear

Kids don't dress for occasions. They dress for whatever adventure the day turns into.

I positioned Jockey Kids as comfortable apparel designed to move effortlessly through every mood, mess and moment of childhood.

Women's Activewear

For today's active woman, the workout is only one part of the day.

I positioned Jockey's sports bra as performance wear designed to move seamlessly from training into everyday life.

Men's Athleisure

Men want to look put-together without feeling dressed up.

I positioned the Jockey Polo as an effortless wardrobe staple balancing comfort, movement and polish across active and everyday moments.

Skincare · Acquisition

Deconstruct

Sunscreen people actually want to wear.

Role — Creative Strategist / Director / Writer
ROAS
The problem

Sunscreen is one of the most contested categories in Indian skincare. Everyone claims protection. Nobody wins on it.

The insight

The problem isn't convincing people that sunscreen matters. It's making sunscreen feel wearable enough to use every day.

What I did

Shifted the argument away from SPF claims entirely. Built creative around lightweight, acne-friendly protection that fits into a routine someone already has — so the ad answered "will this feel awful on my face" instead of "is sunscreen important."

Pharma · Acquisition

PlatinumRx

Making affordability feel trustworthy.

Role — Creative Strategist / Director / Writer
ROAS
The problem

PlatinumRx needed to explain branded substitutes simply, overcome the trust barrier around lower-priced medicine, and drive acquisition — in a category where scepticism is rational and the stakes are health.

The insight

For chronic medicine users, affordability comes with a trust barrier. A lower price doesn't read as a saving. It reads as a risk.

What I did

Built creative territories that demystified branded substitutes and reframed lower prices as smarter access rather than lower quality — leading with how substitutes work, not what they cost.

Consumer tech · Acquisition

Lifelong

One system, a whole catalogue.

Role — Creative Strategist / Director / Writer
ROAS — strongest return in the portfolio
The problem

A wide, unrelated product range — cooking, fitness, recovery, play — with no single creative approach that could hold it together at performance volume.

The insight

Consumers want more from everyday products without paying a premium for every extra feature.

What I did

We positioned Lifelong as the smart upgrade: feature-rich products that make everyday cooking, fitness and play feel more capable and exciting.

Nutrition · Acquisition

Earthful

Turning clean nutrition into a simple reason to buy.

Role — Creative Strategist / Director / Writer
ROAS
The problem

Plant protein is a crowded category where every brand claims clean. Earthful needed differentiation that didn't rely on the word.

The insight

People want more protein, without the bloating, artificial ingredients and gym-bro baggage that comes with traditional protein powders.

What I did

Earthful reframed protein as simple, everyday nutrition by focusing on clean ingredients, easy digestion and none of the intimidation of traditional protein powders.

Creator-led, spiritual commerce and executive education — nowhere near skincare or pharma.
Inde Wild

Creator-led proof, not brand claims.

Beauty ads lose the moment they sound like beauty ads. Creator-led work in the language the audience actually uses — Hinglish, unpolished, first-person — opening on the honest admission that life gets busy and hair care is the first thing to go, then earning the claim with a six-week before-and-after rather than stating it upfront.

ISB Hyderabad

Selling to people who've stopped being sold to.

Executive education is bought by senior professionals a decade in — an audience that ignores urgency, discounts and anything that sounds like an ad. Two territories: career-stage tension, that what got you here stops working around year ten; and institutional authority, using cited HBR research to argue strategy fails on alignment rather than ideas. Restrained editorial craft throughout, because in this category polish is the proof.

Astro Arun Pandit

Selling the answer, not the practice.

Spiritual commerce usually leads with credentials. I led with the problem — an incompatible relationship, a life that feels stuck, the confusion nobody wants to say out loud — and placed numerology as the resolution rather than the pitch. Hook-first, Hinglish, built as narrative drama, converting to a low-friction ₹99 entry point.

02 — What I do

Strategy before execution.

Every piece of work here ran through the same five steps — from the first read of the account to the learnings that shape the next batch.

01

Read the account

Category, competitors and the last stretch of creative. What is working, what has gone tired, what was never tested at all.

02

Find the real tension

Start with the audience: what they worry about, what they have learned to scroll past, what would genuinely make them stop.

03

Build the territory

Turn that tension into a strategic angle strong enough to generate multiple hooks, scripts and formats without losing the core idea.

04

Produce it native

Brand film, UGC, AI avatar, demonstration or performance edit — AI-led when volume matters, held to a standard that survives the feed.

05

Learn from performance

CTR, ROAS, hook retention and creative patterns feed the next batch, so every round starts sharper than the last.

What brings people to me
01

"Our ads stopped working and we don't know why."

I go back to the category and the audience — what's already being said, what people have stopped hearing, where the gap actually is. You get positioning, messaging territories, a hook library and a testing roadmap your team can keep working with long after the engagement ends.

02

"We're shipping volume but the quality is slipping."

Embedded creative direction. Concepting, scripting, direction, and the feedback loop with your media buyers that most in-house teams are missing.

03

"We need more shots on goal without more headcount."

AI-led creative production. High-volume creative built with AI-assisted workflows, held to a standard that survives the feed — more variants and faster iteration without the sameness that usually comes with it.

05 — About

I'm Meghna Singh.

I work across advertising, performance marketing and AI-led creative production. My work covers the full creative journey: identifying consumer tensions, building campaign territories, writing hooks and scripts, directing execution and using performance data to shape what comes next.

I've worked across healthcare, wellness, skincare, apparel, consumer technology, education and lifestyle brands, creating both brand-led films and acquisition-focused performance campaigns. I'm particularly interested in the space where creative instinct meets measurable performance, and in how AI can expand what brands are able to produce without making the work feel generic.
